Remote Learning Day 31

Remote Learning Day 31

Greetings, ARCS Families!

We are on Day 31 of remote learning, and it is Friday!  Thank you for all that you did during the week to assist your children through their learning!  Please know of my gratitude!

It was a great gift to be able to have our May Crowning today at school, and I hope that you were able to participate with us!  Thanks are extended to Emerald for crowning Mary, to Mrs. Breitzman for providing the music,  to Mrs. Nieves for taking pictures, and to Mrs. Flammer for recording the ceremony.  Our school is named in honor of Mary so it is a special gift to be able to honor her in this way.  We can certainly depend on Mary’s intercession on our behalf.

Hoping that all of our moms, stepmoms, grandmothers, aunts and mother-figures have a blessed Mother’s Day!  Never underestimate the amazing role you play in the life of your children.   One of my favorite lines from Les Miserables is to love another person is to see the face of God.  Thank you for being the face and heart of God to your children each and every day.  They are blessed to have you as the one who shares God’s love with them!  Enjoy your special day, and know that you are loved!

As we continue with these days of remote learning, I continue to be grateful for your support.  Please remember that if you have any questions or concerns reach out to your child’s teacher.  Our teachers are there to be of assistance to you.  Thank you so much for the many ways that you reached out to our teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week.

May we continue to hold in prayer our health care workers, first responders, those affected by COVID-19, all those providing needed goods and services, our families, our teachers, and ourselves.

Have a blessed weekend!
